In the times that we live in, I believe it is all too rare to see the acts of kindness that we should. Whether it be simply smiling at strangers, or checking on a broken-down driver. It all makes everyone's world just a bit better.
Every blade of grass, buzzing bug, and human are their own miracles. Although they seem to be common in the grand scheme of the universe, all of it is nearly impossible.
So we should cherish and protect the body and mind we are given as well as our world around us by protecting our natural wildlife and earth and experiencing all that life has to offer us. The world is so much more than what we have made it.
Life is all about perspective. It's easy to find ourselves annoyed with someone in traffic or a co-worker. But often forget that they are simply people who think just like us. We are all humans, after all, constantly making decisions, positive or negative. We have to attempt to make the best decision for us at a moment's notice. We cannot blame others for making a decision they believed was right in their moment if they have learned. Therefore we must forgive them. They acted to what they thought was right, just as we would have.
I believe the internet is the core of advancing humans to a level that has never existed before. The internet helps us realize that we are all just humans; cultures, thoughts, and ideas collide within the internet. The internet has humanized the entire world. So I believe that everyone should have an equal, uninterrupted, secure connection to the global stage that is the internet.

I started with Zaleski Sports to simply broadcast regional Sports matches between high schools. Since then I've helped Jason Zaleski the founder, develop the company into a media production powerhouse when it comes to anything sports in central Wisconsin. Under the extreme growth, we experienced under COIVD. I helped develop company sops and versatility. Allowing us to cover games from multimillion-dollar stadiums to cornfields.
When I came into Pure Diesel Power, I was met with a series of complex local network issues, core website issues and like most growing small business, a lack of a proper IT department, procedures and therefor stunting the growth of the company.
Immediately I hunkered down the increased website and local network security. For the website, I implemented an advanced Web Application Firewall, asset caching and migrated to a more secure multi-cloud solution. For the Local network, I cleaned up the local cabling upgraded switches, obtained a redundant internet connection, installed enterprise-grade firewalls, and finally conducted advanced security training.

I got the BSB site up and running shortly. Designed to handle the growth of her business. The BSB site scales infinitely based on traffic. So when her brand was brought to a Nationwide wood carving publication the site I engineered didn't flinch. With a TTFB at 174ms and an FCP of 300ms across all regions.

I have always been fascinated by the world of ISPs. Eventually, I did all that I could to learn all that I could about the internet service provider industry. I designed my own and built one in my lab. I built connections that led me to tour and interview ISPs from companies as big as Cogent and Arelion (Telia) to small WISPs and medium-sized FISPs. I utilize my knowledge of the industry and industry connections to help others build America's Internet infrastructure.
